Little things make big differences.

 Backstory: It had been a long time since I "actually" got ready to go out so when I heard papa say 'get ready we're going on a drive' I didn't ask where and got all ready and wore heels (I was really excited to wear them after ages okay so don't judge my style lol). 

We went to Neer Sagar Dam! The pathway from the parking to the dam was about a km far and rocky. There was an alternative path where we could drive till the destination but that meant missing the beautiful scenery. Dad asked us if we'd walk to the place or if he should get the Car and me, being the over excited ass, said "we'll walk! Look at the scenery! I would never miss it!" Little did I know I only had to look at my legs and the damn stones because if I looked up, I'd fall! I held on to my mom's arm really tight trying very hard not to fall and she tried really hard not to laugh at me lol.

I finally reached the place and oh boy! It was so worth it! The vibes were so calming. The cold breeze that hit my face warmed my heart. We clicked a few pictures of each other and took selfies of all of us together. We then talked a little and laughed a lot heartily. Later we just sat and enjoyed the view.

We were having a good time and before we had finished enjoying, it started drizzling and soon started raining heavily! Now we had to walk all the way back to the car which was a km far, in the rain! Well I'm the person who enjoys rains only when I'm under a shelter and have coffee in my hands but I absolutely hate getting soaked in rains! First heels and now this! I had begun cursing my fate when my Dad, being the superhero he is, told me, Mom and my brother to stay and that he would walk till the car himself and drive it to us :) 

We were fully drenched before dad came to us but, these little things parents do for their family is all that matters. I'm moving away to Banglore, for my further studies this academic year and these sweet memories are something I would always treasure.

I got a few very good pictures as well! So I would conclude it as a beautiful day.

ADULTING. Every time we complete a milestone in our lives, we feel as though we're now a grown up. Like the first time we had to wear a blazer as a uniform or our first boards or our first relationship. And every time we reach a higher milestone, we think that the last one wasn’t big enough. I mean think about your first heart break. If it were to happen to you now, would you cry like the world was ending? But surely if you go back, it was a huge deal.
